AT THE CITY

The mobile plant can process from 250 kg/day to 25 tons/day of urban organic waste such as food, pruning and sludge. Its compact and autonomous design installed in a container that could occupy the space of a vehicle, can meet the needs in residential complexes, shopping centers, educational institutions and buildings.

The residues are discharged into the feeding hopper, they are crushed and dehydrated, they go to the pyrolysis reactor where they are thermally decomposed at 500 C in the absence of oxygen, transforming into biochar, bio oils and synthesis gas. The cycle is closed to have a high efficiency and not generate pollution. The process time is very fast, only 1.5 hours per cycle.

Only an electrical connection and a chimney equivalent to a biomass heating equipment are required, as they are organic waste, the emissions are biogenic, that is, they do not generate greenhouse gases.
