The mobile plant can process from 250 kg/day to 25 tons/day of organic agricultural residues from the harvest and organic waste from the process. Its compact and autonomous design installed in a container can be taken to the crop during harvesting and then to incorporate the products of the plant into the crop itself.


The residues are discharged into the feeding hopper, they are crushed and dehydrated, they go to the pyrolysis reactor where they are thermally decomposed at 500 C in the absence of oxygen, transforming into biochar, bio oils and synthesis gas. The cycle is closed to have a high efficiency and not generate pollution. Only an electrical connection and a chimney equivalent to a tractor engine are required. Being organic waste, the emissions are biogenic, that is, they do not generate greenhouse gases.
