Policy for the Prevention of Alcohol, Smoking and Psychoactive Substances Consumption

BIOTERMICA INNOVACION S.A.S, establishes a policy for the prevention of alcoholism, smoking and psychoactive substances, in order to promote and encourage the well-being of workers, contractors, and other interested parties.
Therefore, with the aim of improving work performance and promoting healthy habits and lifestyles, taking into account the provisions of resolution 1075 of March 24, 1992 and resolution 4225 of May 29, 1992, resolution 2646 of 2008 the following parameters are established:

  • It prohibits showing up for the performance of their activities, functions and/or tasks under the influence of psychoactive substances, including alcoholic or energizing drinks, or others that affect the proper functioning of work performance.

  • It prohibits the consumption of tobacco, psychoactive substances, alcoholic or energizing drinks, during the development of activities and/or functions within the physical facilities of the company.

  • It promotes awareness and training activities for workers, contractors and temporary workers that seek the creation of healthy habits and lifestyles.

  • Workers must have a responsible and participative conduct in awareness actions that promote compliance with this policy.

Failure to comply with this policy will result in disciplinary sanctions including the
termination of employment contracts and labor relations in accordance with current regulations.
